Peak Precision Cleaning is a people-first commercial cleaning company built on experience, integrity, and consistently high standards. Founded in February 2012 following more than 25 years in the commercial cleaning industry, the business was established to deliver a higher level of service - without unnecessary complexity or inflated costs.
Our Story
After decades working in commercial cleaning, founder Lindsay Phillips recognised that clients deserved a higher standard of service without higher costs. By keeping the business simple, paying operatives properly, and staying personally involved, he built a company that delivers consistently better results and continues to do so today.
Originally founded under Lindsay’s own name, the business was built on reputation and personal accountability. That same ethos remains at the heart of the company today under our new brand, Peak Precision Cleaning, launched in 2026.

Unlike large cleaning companies, we operate without sales teams or unnecessary layers of administration. Every contract is managed by a dedicated account management team, ensuring standards are consistently met and maintained. Before founding the company, Lindsay Phillips spent more than 25 years working in commercial cleaning. During this time, he developed a deep understanding of the industry — and a growing frustration that many cleaning services were overcomplicated, underperforming, and undervaluing their staff.

Lindsay Phillips Property Care Ltd is formed with a clear goal: to deliver a better level of cleaning service by keeping the business simple and paying operatives properly. The company is launched using Lindsay’s own name, reinforcing personal accountability, trust, and reputation from day one.
Building a People-First Business
The business grows steadily through referrals rather than sales or advertising. By focusing on fair pay, personal oversight, and high standards, LPPC builds a loyal team and a strong client base across the East Midlands.
Expansion Across the Region
Services expand to include offices, factories, workshops, retail units, and commercial kitchens. Operations grow across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire and Leicestershire, with contracts managed directly and consistently.
A Decade of Proven Service
LPPC celebrates 10 years in business — marked by long-standing client relationships, low staff turnover, and a reputation built almost entirely on recommendation.
Acquisition by Hygiene Group
Lindsay Phillips Property Care Ltd is acquired by Hygiene Group. The acquisition provides additional operational support, investment, and infrastructure, while preserving the company’s established team, values, and commitment to personal service and high standards.
Strengthening Professional Standards
With continued growth and the support of Hygiene Group, the business has further strengthened its compliance and operational processes. Hygiene Group’s technical team provides oversight of HR, training, and Health & Safety, ensuring best practice across an expanding workforce exceeding 100 employees.
Rebranding to Peak Precision Cleaning
Lindsay Phillips Property Care officially rebrands as Peak Precision Cleaning. The new name represents a modern identity built for the future, while the service, people, and standards clients trust remain exactly the same.
