Remploy is a leading provider of specialist employment and skills support for disabled people. It has over 70+ years of experience helping businesses to create workplace environments that allow all people to flourish.

The Working Ways scheme is a Government initiative that aims to provide additional support for anyone who faces additional barriers to finding employment. The service funded by the Department for Work and Pensions, is a successful way for inclusive employers like Peak Precision Cleaning to provide a safe and secure environment for employees of all abilities to gain more independence and empowerment.

Our Story

After decades working in commercial cleaning, founder Lindsay Phillips became frustrated knowing that a higher standard of service could be delivered more cost‑effectively. By keeping the business simple, paying operatives properly, and staying personally involved, he knew clients would receive better results — and they do.

The company was originally formed under Lindsay’s own name, reflecting how important reputation and accountability have always been. That same ethos continues today under our new brand, Peak Precision Cleaning, launching in 2026.

A Personal, Hands‑On Service

Unlike large cleaning companies, we don’t rely on sales teams or layers of administration. Every contract is personally overseen to ensure standards are met and maintained. Clients benefit from clear communication, fast responses, and direct access to decision‑makers — not call centres.

Most of our work comes through referrals from existing clients and team members, allowing us to keep overheads low and focus investment where it matters most: our people and our service.
